Shipping policy

While we try our best to process orders within 1-2 business days, sometimes that is not always possible. Please expect a 3-5 day processing time.

For shipping to all other countries, we ship International Air which has no tracking number and takes about 6-12 business days to arrive.  Sometimes it can take a bit longer depending on processing the order.

Shipping cost is based on location as well as product weight. Based on those two factors, the available shipping methods will display in the drop down menu. Since shipping cost is based partially on weight, the shipping cost will increase if you add more items to your cart.
